This is our ONE CHANCE to vote out the City Hall insiders

As your Councilor I will:

Propose that City Council postpone any salary increases until the situation in East Portland sees significant improvement
Do whatever it takes to make our neighborhoods safe for our children to grow up in. This includes clean parks, sidewalks, etc.
Add police to make our neighborhoods safe for families
Bring back detectives to investigate the crimes that have made it impossible to run a small business in East Portland
Add staffing to Portland Street Response to assist in getting the homeless off of the street and into shelters and /or treatment
End any partnership with Multnomah County on anything, unless absolutely vital, until they can get their act together

I will focus on reducing the response time to complaints about homeless encampments, which is essential for ensuring the safety and comfort of taxpaying citizens in their neighborhoods.
Increase police presence around our MAX platforms
Implement a moratorium on the development of bike lanes and the introduction of pain in the ass traffic patterns until essential street maintenance and the installation of much-needed sidewalks are completed.
Increase the size of the Portland Police Focused Intervention Team. If we as a city don't end this gun violence, an innocent child may be hurt
Strive to secure as much funding as possible for East Portland to plant trees and enhance green spaces.
